Wood-Fired Pizza, Made Properly


We make our pizzas from scratch using the very best ingredients, cooked in the intense heat of our wood‑fired oven.


Inspired by classic Neapolitan style, we keep things simple — quality dough, great produce and real fire doing the talking.


Served from our beautifully converted Mercedes 508d food truck, every pizza is made to order. We’re happy to tailor menus to suit your tastes, and we can accommodate dietary requirements wherever possible.


Our pizzas are the perfect addition to weddings, parties, private events and festivals.


Gluten‑free bases are available on request, but due to the nature of our setup — a shared preparation space and a single wood‑fired oven — we cannot guarantee a completely gluten‑free environment.
